Free narcan.
No questions.
Just lifelines.
Bassline Lifeline is a community harm reduction initiative bringing free naloxone, overdose response training, and no-judgment resources to festivals, raves, and shows across Texas.
Built by the scene, for the scene.
I'm Tierra — U.S. Army veteran, longtime festival and EDM head, and the person running Bassline Lifeline.
This started because I've been in those crowds for years, at shows, at festivals, surrounded by people I'd never met but somehow felt close to anyway. I've seen what happens when something goes wrong a few feet away, and watched people scramble because nobody around had what was actually needed in that moment. I don't want to watch that happen again without being able to do something about it. Bassline Lifeline exists so that next time, someone in the crowd actually can help, so a friend, a stranger, anyone standing nearby has the tools and the knowledge to step in before it's too late.
We provide free naloxone, overdose response education, and harm reduction resources to people who may witness or experience an opioid overdose at music festivals, concerts, and community events — no cost, no judgment, no questions asked.
U.S. Army veteran, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a focus on community care and supporting people in substance use recovery.
Active in the Texas EDM and festival community as an attendee, not an outsider. Bassline Lifeline meets people where they actually are.
Independent community initiative, currently building toward 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.

How to respond, in order
Check responsiveness
Shake them and shout their name. No response, no normal breathing, blue lips or fingertips — treat it as an overdose.
Call 911
Texas's Good Samaritan law protects you and the person you're helping when you call for an overdose.
Administer naloxone
Spray one dose into one nostril. If there's no improvement in 2-3 minutes, give a second dose in the other nostril.
Rescue breaths & recovery position
If they're not breathing normally, give rescue breaths. Once breathing resumes, place them on their side.
Stay until help arrives
Naloxone wears off before some opioids do. Don't leave — overdose can return.
